Claude Code remains 1.71 times larger by tracked ARR, while Codex continues to grow at a faster recent rate
As of August 10, Claude Code’s tracked ARR was $15.12 billion compared with $8.83 billion for OpenAI Codex. The difference between the two products was $6.30 billion, with Claude Code at 1.71 times the tracked ARR of Codex.
