We tracked 433 AI agent tasks across 342 reports to understand what people are delegating.
Travel and shopping led the sample, followed by food delivery and recurring bills. Tasks ranged from researching purchases to booking trips, requesting refunds and negotiating lower prices.
The mix differed across agents:
Muse leaned toward shopping and travel
Grok Bot spanned shopping, travel, food and local services
Instinct was strongest in travel and dining within our sample
Dots’ much smaller launch-window sample leaned heavily toward travel
